Multi Activity Mornings for adults aged 40+!
Come along and try something NEW! We offer a wide range of activities from Stroke Improvement, Badminton, Table Tennis and Keep Fit Games every Thursday 9.30 to 11.30 at the Hertfordshire Sports Village!

Sessions will run all morning and it is up to you which activities you want to take part in!

We have coaches on hand to help you with any of the following:

Swimming (10.30 - 11.30) Would you like to improve your swimming techniques? We have qualified coaches who will be able to assist you.
Badminton Haven't played for a while? Need to brush up your skills or are you a complete beginner? Come and check out our badminton sessions and get useful advice from our qualified coaches.
Table Tennis Have a knock about with a friend or challenge someone on one of our 2 tables!
Keep fit games Re-live some of the games you used to play at school with these fun varied multi-sport sessions!

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, these activities are ideal for beginners!
