Q. What is Personal Training?
A. Personal training is about one-to-one advice, guidance and above all motivation. You get the attention of a Personal Trainer and a training programme that is right for you.

Q. Why do I need Personal Training?
A. A Personal Trainer will establish what you need from your training and then advise you on the best way to achieve results. He or she will inspire you to work harder, so that you get the most from each session and continue to improve. They will be dedicated to helping you achieve your goals.

Q. How much does Personal Training cost?
A. The cost for a 1 hour session will be £30. There will be discounts available for block booked sessions, with 5 sessions costing £125.

Q. What does Personal Training involve?
A. Above all the session should be fun and have variety. This will include cardio exercise, strength work using resistance equipment, free weights resistance bands and machines, core stability work using the Swiss ball, and box pads to improve stamina and co-ordination and much more.

Q. Am I fit enough for Personal Training?
A. The session will be designed for the individual's fitness level, so it does not matter what level of fitness you have at the moment, beginner or advanced. If you need motivating, whatever stage you are at, you will benefit from personal training.

Q. What benefit am I going to get from Personal Training?
A. A Personal Trainer will assess your current level of fitness, consider your goals and design you a personalised programme to achieve your aims in a quick and safe way. A good Personal Trainer will encourage and motivate you, and a good programme will be both challenging and fun.

Q. How do I book a Personal Training session?
A. You can book single or block booked sessions from the VISION gym reception desk. Just speak to a fitness coach.
