"Peta is a truly committed young athlete. She is also a good all round performer. However, her chosen event is the Javelin. Peta attends all training sessions at the club on a Tuesday and Thursday plus extra gym sessions on a Wednesday. During the winter months, Peta has two strength and conditioning sessions in the gym on training nights. She follows her training programme to the letter."
"Peta has a calmness and willingness to learn new and/or different techniques. She has the ability to change if necessary for a better performance, with relative ease.
