Flexi Fit is the name of the all new pay-as-you-go scheme that covers use of the health & fitness facilities for non UH students and non UH staff at Hertfordshire Sports Village. After paying a registered user fee of £80 (which includes £20 free credit), you can make subsequent top ups to your cashless account by cash, card or cheque. Then all you need to do is report to the main or gym receptions on each visit, we will record your attendance and the correct amount will be effortlessly debited from your balance. Your £80 registered Health & Fitness fee includes the following:

- £20 free credit to get you started!
- 12 months Sports Village membership - normal price £40 (provides 7-day advanced booking privileges and access to member rates on other activities )

- Orientation and subsequent reviews with our first class instructors (value £20 each)
- TGS Key containing personalised program tailored to suit your needs (value £10)
- Free car parking permit
- Priority for and discounts when upgrading to pre-paid membership

Pay-as-you-go-use explained...
- Registered users will pay a “top up” amount on their first visit
- Reception staff will action their pay-as-you-go account and credit it with the relative balance;
- This “top up” payment will be held on their pay-as-you-go account in a similar way to pay-as-you-go mobile phones;
- Users will need to come to main or the gym reception on each visit they make to the Sports Village;
- Reception staff will “sell” them a “product” for the activity they wish to partake in (for example gym, swim & class);
- The relevant cost of the chosen activity will be debited from the credit held on their account;
- They will then be eligible to use the facility they have paid for on the day they have paid;
- When the credit on their account falls to zero they will be required to pay for another “top up” at reception before they can use the facility and the process outlined above commences again.

Sports Village Centre Memberships
This type of membership is ideal for people using the non-health & fitness facilities on a regular basis and is available from less than 80p per week. Centre membership entitles you to the following benefits:

• Member discounted rates on all activities on a pay & play sessional basis;
• Priority booking privileges allowing bookings to be taken 7 days in advance;
• Entitled to book all facilities and pay at the time you attend.
