We run over 60 group exercise classes, meaning that going to the gym doesn't have to be done alone. Whether its strength-based, dance, combat or mind and body, you'll find something that suits your needs. Our amazing program caters for all abilities, ages and fitness goals. So why not get involved?
We have a friendly and welcoming team of instructors who will motivate, inspire and guide you. To take part in one of our classes please have a look at the timetable below.

Descriptions of Group Exercise Classes
AQUACISE (WAT) A fun and challenging aerobic workout in the swimming pool to music Less stress is placed on the joints compared to land based aerobics, which makes this class ideal for those who prefer a low impact workout.
BODY BLITZ (CV/CON) Work to the max with this all over body workout! Interval training with a mixture of cardio exercises and weights.
BOX FIT (CV) Defend yourself! A fun and intense cardio workout using pads, mitts and gloves. Jab, cross and hook yourself around a fun, innovative way to train!
GROUP CYCLING (CV)
Group Indoor Cycling burns serious calories and takes places on specially designed stationary bikes. As you pedal, motivating music plays and the instructor talks you through a cycling workout. During the class you vary your place, sometimes pedalling as fast as you can, other times cranking up tension and pedalling from a standing position. You can finish a spin class, regardless of your fitness levels, simply by adjusting your pace using the tension knob on the bike.
Fast results for strength, endurance and muscle toning by challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total body movements.
MOSSA BLAST Group Blast is an energetic cardio workout using the step to train fitness, agility, coordination and strength. You will do it all! Jog, run, jump, balance and move in a fast paced dynamic workout.
MOSSA FIGHT Group Fight a cardio based workout. Inspired by MMA, Boxing and athletic based workout, Group Fight is an explosive stress busting class that will work the whole body and smash loads of calories.
MOSSA POWER Group Power is the evolution of “Pump It Up”. A dynamic strength workout using barbells, weight plates and your own body weight. Designed for a rigorous but fun strength workout for total body conditioning.
PILATES (CON/REL) Slow controlled flowing movements, primarily to strengthen the core muscles that stabilise & support the spine. It brings the mind & body together, focusing on breathing & balance, whilst realigning the body & correcting postural problems.
SMASH ABS Blast your entire core in just 30 minutes!
SMASH HIIT High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a great way of burning fat in super quick time. A circuit style class designed to get you feeling the burn in just 30 minutes.
SMASH KETTLEBELLS A full body workout using kettlebells, designed to get you fit, ripped and burn calories in just 30 minutes.
SUPER CIRCUITS (CV/CON) With short bursts of different exercises this is a great all round workout. Increase fitness, burn calories, tone up & increase strength!
TOTAL TONE (CON)
A fun, challenging workout that will define your muscles and shape your physique. Total Body Tone uses weights, balls, bands and tubing to target key areas and ensure the body is functionally strong. Work at your own level and enjoy a great workout
YOGA (REL) Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.
ZUMBA (CV) Dance to great music, with great people and burn loads of calories without even realising. Mixing low and high intensity rhythm moves to Latin infused dance routines. Amazing fun!
CV A cardiovascular class to raise your heart rate, improve stamina and general fitness and give you a high calorie burn.
CON A conditioning class to tone, reshape and strengthen top to toe using a variety of equipment to enhance your workout.
REL Relaxation class to improve your body's flexibility, core stability, well being and posture.
WAT A water based class in the swimming pool to burn calories, tone and increase fitness levels without putting impact on the body.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
If you are a sports village member you can book your classes online up to 7 days in advance.
Cancellation of Classes
Please note that all classes that are booked in advance are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any class booked in advance that is subsequently not cancelled or not attended will result in the full price for that class being charged.
