Tony has put together a range of fitness programmes that cater for the Junior, Amateur, Senior and Professional golfer. The programmes are individually designed for each player working towards improving overall conditioning, strength, flexibility and balance. The end result is that any golfer training under the guidelines of this program will increase club head speed, range of swing motion, balance, flexibility, strength and power.
Before the individual fitness programme can be designed for you, Tony will take you through a movement assessment designed specifically for golfers, that helps each golfer to understand how their body moves. This information is then used to create a specific programme that will limit potential injuries, improve muscular imbalances, increase strength, power and balance that can all be transfered to the golf swing.
