All sessions take place in the Studio except for Aqua (Pool), Get Active (Sports Hall) and Evening Pilates (Conference Room).
Type of Class
CV: A cardiovascular class to raise your heart rate, improve stamina and general fitness and give youa high calorie burn.
CON: A conditioning class to tone, reshape and strengthen top to toe using a variety of equipment to enhance your workout.
REL: Relaxation class to improve your body's flexibility, core stability, well being and posture.
WAT: A water based class in the swimming pool to burn calories, tone and increase fitness levels without putting impact on the body.
SPE: Specialist classes for referred members from the Get Active or Cardiac Rehab schemes.

Course: These classes are run as a course over a number of weeks and are an extra cost, please ask reception for more details.
Please note that all classes that are booked in advance are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any class booked in advance that is subsequently not cancelled or not attended will result in the full price for that class being charged.
