What is Active Students?

Sport doesn't have to be competitive, Active Students is all about having fun, getting active, making new friends and building or learning new skills.

The scheme is available to all University of Hertfordshire and is totally free!

Just find a session that you would like to take part in and turn up with your Student ID card. Simple.

Meet the Activator at De Hav Common Room at 8.45am! Come and take part in the parkrun which happens every Saturday morning! It will be held at Ellenbrook Field which is behind the Sports Village on de Hav campus, but dont worry just meet our Activator and they will take you over there. You can run or walk it -we don’t mind, it’s the taking part that counts! If you would like to get timed please register at https://www.parkrun.org.uk/register/ - but you dont have to! And the best thing is that even after our programme is finished the parkrun still continues!! Pleae note that it s a community event so members of the public will be taking part also.
