Having represented England at youth level at European qualifiers, finals, and a world cup I got to travel the world playing football, my greatest achievement has to be overcoming a malignant brain tumour in 2015. This swung my career aspirations to health and fitness.
I specialise in GP Referral and Cancer Rehabilitation. I encourage my clients to be the best version of themselves through building confidence in a gym environment and learning about the benefits of being healthier and fitter.
