ASCC, BSc Sport & Exercise Science, EXOS Speed Coach Certification, British Weightlifting Level 1, REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer and currently doing a MSc in S&C.

September 2015

Primary roles

Oversee TASS (Rugby, Lacrosse, Athletics, Golf, Women’s Football, Rowing) and university performance sports programs (Women’s Football, Netball, Futsal, Basketball, Golf, American Football), assistant lecturer, as well as in charge of marketing and business development.

Previous experience

Jack has been working within the fitness industry for 7years, being a self-employed personal trainer since June 2012. Since then Jack has gone on to achieve ASCC accreditation, first-class Honours in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Exeter/Hertfordshire, and now is studying for a MSc in Strength and Conditioning. Outside of Jacks work at Performance Herts he’s worked full-time professional rugby team Ealing Trailfinders RFC, winning the British and Irish Cup in 2018. While also spending a year with Arete Performance who work with women’s premiership club and men’s championship club at Richmond RFC, as well as supporting England 7’s. Jack also runs his own S&C business, online programming for athletes.

People - supporting them in achieving their self-defined goals in the pursuit of being the best they can be. 

Other interests

Competitive powerlifter, average rugby player (outside centre), avid reader, and can knock up a half-decent meal.
