Best part of being an S&C coach

Before I started as a coach at PH I used to an athlete training at the performance gym. I used to compete in Para-Athletics with my events being shot put and discus. I’ve been very fortunate to travel all over the world to compete, from Canada to Dubai. My greatest achievement as an athlete was in 2017, I retained my World shot and discus title having previously won the titles in 2013 in the USA. I’ve now decided to stop competing and begin my coaching career within S&C. Now I've decided to swap roles and become a coach. I love to educate athletes and watch them to develop their potential into something amazing.
