Our Multi-Activity Morning sessions are more than just about fitness and wellbeing, they are a chance to take a break, socialise and make friends.

With a fantastic range of sports and activities on offer such as Badminton, Swimming, Table Tennis, Pilates and much more, Multi-Activity Mornings are perfect for those that want to try something new or rekindle a love for sport.

Suitable for over 45s.

I have been on a weight loss journey and needed to up my exercise. The staff mentioned the Multi-Activity Mornings and I gave it a try and loved it as you exercise but in a nice, friendly way. The people you meet become friends, so good for my social life too and it gets me out of the house.
