Led by some of Hertfordshire’s most inspirational fitness professionals, there are over 80 classes to choose from. From Zumba to Pilates and Group cycle to Yoga there is something for everyone to enjoy and try that caters for all abilities, ages and fitness goals. Classes run throughout the day and evening, seven days a week, to suit all lifestyles.
