I have over 8 years experience working as a Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach, having worked with a range of people, from professional footballers and rugby players, Commonwealth and Olympic athletes, and every day high performing people. 

I am hugely passionate about transforming lives through fitness, helping people become fitter, stronger and feeling more confident in their body. I work with clients who struggle with time, don’t know where to start and ultimately do not recognise the person in the mirror, and have helped them become more confident, empowered and more capable. My aim is to help you realise that you are stronger than you think and that with hard work, your goals are possible.  

My approach to training starts with a thorough consultation, getting a clear idea of where we are starting from, developing an understanding of what has worked before and what has not, and becoming crystal clear on your goals. The next step is creating a tailored training programme which is designed to challenge you but in a way which is achievable. This is combined with lifestyle habit building and progress monitoring to keep you on track with your goals.
