Swim for fitness, competition, fun or relaxation in our 25 metre, 8-lane deck level pool.

Built to national short course standard with full Omega timing and 250 seat spectator area the pool is the ideal competition venue. However, the design of the pool also provides great flexibility to all swimmers. A moveable boom splits the pool into two smaller areas of 16.5 metres and 7.5 metres so that the larger area can be used for lane and general swimming whilst the smaller area can be used for swimming lessons or aqua aerobics (please note that at certain times the larger area is also used for swimming lessons). The pool also boasts a moveable floor allowing depths to be varied from 0 to 1.8 metres and different depths in each area.

It can be frustrating trying to swim for fitness in some pools so to ensure a quality swimming experience for all swimmers, we provide lane swimming at all times, although the number of lanes available will vary from sessions to session.

The separate male & female changing rooms that serve the pool have under floor heating to keep the feet warm all year round and dry the floor out more quickly. In addition, ample quality lockers and showers where you choose the temperature help ensure that your swim experience is a positive and memorable one.

Swim Lessons for current Term are fully booked
Swimming lessons for this term are full and admission is closed for this term. Booking opens for those not already on the scheme on 21st July for the September term. All calls will be dealt with in order of receipt from that day onwards so callers should leave as many contact numbers as possible to help me be able to speak to them before moving onto the next call. Admissions Policy

1. Children who are under the age 8, not accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 16, should not be allowed admission.
2. One adult over the age of 16 may accompany up to two children between the age of 5 - 8 or one child under 5.
