Our pool will be closed after swimming lessons on Sat 14 March at 12:15pm and will reopen on Monday 16 March at 6am. Olympic Weightlifting Masterclass

Attendees must be proficient in strength training exercises such as back squats, and must be injury free

 

Attend a world class workshop in strength and conditioning

Take the opportunity to develop yourself professionally by one of our UKSCA accredited strength and conditioning coaches. Our expert team have over 30 years of experience training athletes from grassroots to Olympic and World Class level. Our clientele have included Arsenal Women's FC, England Golf, England Squash and Saracen's Mavericks Netball, to name just a few.

 

What you can expect

  • Learn the snatch and clean & jerk, as well as their derivatives
  • Build a toolbox of exercises to use in your training to enhance your weightlifting performance.
  • Gain an insight of how and where to include these lifts into your training plan.
  • Develop your weightlifting technique in this three hour practical masterclass.
