The COVID-19 pandemic is causing a lot of changes in the daily lives of everyone – this includes the way we eat. There are many things that can be done to maintain or start healthy eating habits. Good nutrition is very important before, during and after an infection. Infections take a toll on the body – especially when these cause fever as the body needs extra energy and nutrients.

This means that maintaining a healthy diet is very important during the current Coronavirus situation. While no foods or dietary supplements can prevent a COVID-19 infection, maintaining a healthy diet is an important part of supporting a strong immune system.
