BUSY CAR PARK ! If you are visiting us this weekend, please be aware our car park will be busy as we host a swimming gala and other events.This means that our pool will be closed after swimming lessons on Saturday 20th June at 12.15pm and will reopen on Monday 22nd June at 6am. This unfortunately means that our swimming lessons on Sunday 21st June are also cancelled. Please allow plenty of time for your journey to us in order to find a car parking space ahead of your activity.

Our Mental Health Training Courses are designed to help individuals, teams and organisations gain a better understanding of mental health and how to support others effectively. By improving understanding and reducing stigma, our training empowers people to create safer, more compassionate spaces for everyone. No prior experience is needed to take part.
Mental Health Courses
NUCO 1 Day Mental Health - Level 2
This 1 day course covers the content of the half day Level 1 course but also expands on the effects of drugs and alcohol and incorporates the First Aid for Mental Health Action Plan.
NUCO 2 Day Mental Health - Level 3
This 2 day course goes into detail on a wide range of mental health conditions and the support and help provided by healthcare professionals.
NUCO Half Day Awareness of Mental Health - Level 1
Provides learners with the knowledge to identify suspected mental health conditions as well as the skills to start a conversation and be able to signpost a person towards professional help.
