Our Mental Health Training Courses are designed to help individuals, teams and organisations gain a better understanding of mental health and how to support others effectively. Whether you're looking to improve awareness in the workplace or develop personal skills to support friends, family or colleagues, our courses provide valuable tools and practical knowledge.
Delivered in a supportive and inclusive environment, each course encourages open conversations and helps build confidence when discussing mental health. By improving understanding and reducing stigma, our training empowers people to create safer, more compassionate spaces for everyone. No prior experience is needed to take part.
This 1 day course covers the content of the half day Level 1 course but also expands on the effects of drugs and alcohol and incorporates the First Aid for Mental Health Action Plan.
This 2 day course goes into detail on a wide range of mental health conditions and the support and help provided by healthcare professionals.
Provides learners with the knowledge to identify suspected mental health conditions as well as the skills to start a conversation and be able to signpost a person towards professional help.
