Bookings Statement

Please be assured we will be contacting all bookings on our system up until our current closure date of 14th April 2020. We are working through this by facility and chronological order as much as we can, please bear with us as we do have a back log of bookings to get through. Please do not worry, we will get around to contacting all kids parties, conference bookings, block bookings, events and advanced bookings; both indoor and outdoor.

All updates to our closure period, will be available on our website. Any bookings after the 14th April 2020, will be dealt with in due course.

Hold your meeting or have an away day with your colleagues at the Hertfordshire Sports Village conference venue.

We offer 6 meeting and conference rooms, all quietly located on the first floor away from our main sporting areas. The venue is ideal for a range of uses, catering for up to 80 delegates. Whether you choose to opt for an informal setting or a more formal function, our meeting and conference rooms can be used for a range of events.

The centre is ideally located, close to the A1M in Hatfield and minutes from Welwyn Garden City and St Albans, with hotel facilities a short walk away.

Refreshments & Catering

Hertfordshire Sports Village can offer a range of hot drinks and water facilities available on a self-service basis from the hot beverage and water machines located in or near each room.
