We have invested heavily in our swim lesson support. Our dedicated swim support team of three responds to most enquiries within two working days, often same-day. When you email us you are responded to by a member of the swim team who all have a background in swimming and teaching, understand your enquiries, and are able to liaise directly with teachers if necessary. We are on hand throughout most lessons and are happy to help you, just ask for one of us at reception!
