Now, more than ever, it’s important to take the time to stay physically and mentally healthy. 
If you want to get some movement into your day and do some strength and cardio whilst you're at home, it's easier than you might think. Total Body Strength exercises challenge your entire body and require very minimal equipment. Most exercises need no equipment whatsoever but if you want to add a bit of weight, you can be as creative as you like, finding items around the house. From bottles of water to tin cans, they will all have the same effect as using weights in a gym! You will finish each session feeling like you've had a full body workout, with bounds of energy to continue with the day ahead.
