Whether you previously attended regular group exercise classes at Hertfordshire Sports Village and want to continue your fitness routine whilst your at home or if you just want to try a new class in the comfort of your own home, our extensive virtual class timetable is ready and waiting for you to experience.

Classes are live with all the friendly instructor faces you know and love and we have a range of classes available 7 days a week for you to join and try. Each class will usually last between 30 minutes and an hour, and all are completely FREE to join!

Our virtual classes are ideal for building your fitness and confidence levels whilst you’re at home. Our live timetable will help you stick to a routine which will help you get through each day one step at a time and gives you the opportunity to try a number of different classes before you get into a regular routine with the classes you enjoy.

How do I take part in a virtual HSV class?

  1. Download the Zoom App on either a mobile or computer.
  2. Simply click on the class you want to join on the class timetable at the time the class is due to start.
  3. When you have joined the class, on a computer - right click on the Instructor's screen view and pin; on a mobile swipe until you get to the instructors screen and double tap. This will keep your Instructor's screen as your main image, so you can follow the moves.

If you miss a live virtual class on our timetable – don’t worry! We will be recording live classes and uploading them to this page so you can still access and complete them in your own time.
