Considerations: This type of training is very taxing on the body so if you have a medical issue or physical injury, consult your healthcare professional before continuing. If you are new to exercising, this may not be the best option as it requires a baseline level of fitness and muscular strength, you may prefer to start with moderate activity such as jogging first!
