Sprint intervals are a great element to add into your exercise routine as it incorporates HIIT training which boosts your cardiovascular fitness level and burns calories. This method saves lots of time, with the same benefits!

Efficiency Sprint intervals are a good way of saving time as you are able to produce an effective training stimulus in a shorter period of time.

Considerations: This type of training is very taxing on the body so if you have a medical issue or physical injury, consult your healthcare professional before continuing. If you are new to exercising, this may not be the best option as it requires a baseline level of fitness and muscular strength, you may prefer to start with moderate activity such as jogging first!
