We’re always looking for ways to improve your training experience and give you more value from your membership. This year, eight new EGYM Smart Strength machines and the EGYM Fitness Hub will be arriving on our gym floor and they’ll be included as part of your existing Hertfordshire Sports Village membership at no extra cost.
The new machines will be added alongside our existing equipment, giving members access to the latest technology designed to make strength training smarter, more adaptive and more personalised.

EGYM combines smart strength equipment with accurate body analysis and intelligent flexibility tests to create a workout tailored to your individual fitness level, ability and goals. The machines automatically adjust resistance and remember your settings, while built in digital screens guide you through your exercises.

Digital screens provide real-time feedback and guide you through each exercise, including the pace of your reps, helping you get more from every workout.

Your progress, all in one place
Your workouts are automatically tracked through the EGYM app, allowing you to see how your strength develops over time. You can also connect compatible apps and wearables, including Apple Health, Strava, Fitbit and Garmin.

The nine EGYM machines will be located on the main gym floor, alongside our existing gym equipment.
