- Arrival Time: We kindly ask that members arrive 5–10 minutes prior to the scheduled class time to allow for setup and preparation.
- Late Arrivals: To avoid disruption, members arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be permitted to join the class.
- Check-In Procedure: Please ensure you book in advance and check in at the gym turnstile to confirm your attendance.
- Appropriate Attire: Suitable workout clothing and clean trainers are required for all sessions.
- Essentials: Bring a towel and water bottle to stay comfortable and hydrated throughout the class.
- Spatial Awareness: Maintain a safe distance from others to ensure freedom of movement and reduce the risk of injury.
- Instructor Guidance: Please follow all instructions from your class instructor to ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone.
- Minimise Distractions: Side conversations during class are discouraged, as they can be disruptive to both instructors and fellow participants.
- Mobile Devices: Phones should be set to silent mode and stored away during class. If you must take a call, please step outside the studio.
- Class Duration: We encourage all members to remain for the full duration of the session, including the cool-down period.
- Conduct: Treat all members and staff with courtesy and respect. A positive and supportive attitude contributes to a better experience for all.
- Equipment: Please return any equipment used during the class to its designated area.
- Personal Items: Bags and coats should be stored in the changing rooms and not brought into the studio.
- Noise Consideration: When waiting outside Studio 1, please keep noise levels to a minimum if a class is in progress.
- Inclusivity: We welcome participants of all fitness levels. Please help us foster an inclusive and respectful training environment.
