On Wednesday 30 August (tomorrow) we are updating our systems to make it easier and improve security for your online accounts with us at HSV and to prepare us for the new data laws that come into effect in 2018. This means that everyone with an online account with us will have to create a new strong password.
This means on 30 August all passwords will be automatically reset and you will be sent an email containing a hyperlink so you can reset your password. Your new password must contain at least:
- 8 characters
- 1 capital letter
- 1 lower case letter
- 1 number
- 1 symbol (e.g, !@#?)
An example of a strong password is: Sportsvillage@1
After you have received the email and reset your password, you will be able to access your accounts via the HSV Book app and website.
At most this update will take 60 minutes and during this time it will not be possible to book and pay online via Connect and the HSV Book app.
