Our brand new group exercise timetable is out with some great added new classes - ClimbFit, DanceFit and Fun 'n' Fit!
So what are they?
ClimbFit (every Wednesday from 18:15-19:00 on Bouldering Wall)
Take your fitness to new heights with our brand new weekly ClimbFit session every Wednesday evening. Use your upper and lower body to navigate up and across the Bouldering Wall, alongside some bodyweight exercises to guarantee a great workout.
DanceFit (every Monday from 08:55-09:40 in Studio 1)
It's time to boogie with this great new dance-inspired class! A fun, energetic exercise to music class involving rhythmic aerobic exercises with a combination of varied dance movements. It's time to exercise to the beat of the music, burn lots of calories, sing along and get sweaty!
Fun 'n' Fit (every Wednesday (ages 8-11) and every Friday (ages 12-14) from 16:15-16:45)
These are brand new classes designed especially for children! A great way to introduce some of our younger members to the gym. We will work on improving coordination, balance, agility and power!
Drop the kids off or stay and observe the session - it's up to you!
