Children aged 12-14 can use the gym unaccompanied during our Youth Fitness gym sessions. These specific sessions will be fully staffed by our knowledgeable Health and Fitness coaches and all children will be supported throughout their session.
Youth Fitness sessions are:
Term-Time
- Monday-Friday: 15:00-17:00
- Saturday-Sunday: 10:00-16:00
School Holiday Periods
- Monday-Sunday: 10:00-16:00
Outside of these times, any children aged between 12 and 14 will need to be accompanied by an adult.
