Children aged 12-14 can use the gym but need to come to our Youth Fitness gym sessions.
These specific sessions will be fully staffed by our knowledgeable Health and Fitness coaches and all children will be supported throughout their session.
Youth Fitness sessions are:
Term-Time
- Monday-Friday: 15:00-17:00
- Saturday-Sunday: 10:00-16:00
School Holiday Periods
- Monday-Sunday: 10:00-16:00
