Our Bookings Strike System helps make our bookings even better for everyone by improving fairness and availability for all members.
Why the does the system exist?
The system helps reduce last-minute cancellations and no-shows, therefore avoiding spaces going unused when other members are eager to attend.
How the Booking Strike System works:
- Each member is allowed up to three strikes within a 30-day period.
- A strike is given if:
- You miss a booking without cancelling.
- You cancel less than 2 hours before the booking start time (this gives little time for others to take your spot).
- If you swipe in more than 10 minutes after the booking start time
- If you receive three strikes, your booking privileges will be paused for one week.
To make sure your attendance is counted:
- Swipe your key fob at reception/gym reception up to 2 hours before the booking starts and up to 10 minutes after your booking has started
- If you’re unable to swipe for any reason, just let one of our reception/gym team know so we can mark you as attended.
We understand that sometimes plans change or unforeseen circumstances arise. If you’re unable to make it to a booking, we simply ask that you cancel as early as possible. This allows other members the chance to participate and helps us make the best use of our class spaces.
