**Essential Staff training - Wednesday 11 June** We value the importance of the service we deliver to all our members and customers, therefore to perform training we will be closed on Wednesday 11 June from 1pm and will reopen at 3pm. NPLQ Course (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification)
Our National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is essential if you are 16 years or older and thinking of joining the leisure industry. All applicants will be required to jump or dive into deep water, swim 50 metres in no more than 60 seconds, swim 100 metres continuously on front and back, tread water for 30 seconds in deep water, surface dive to the floor of the pool and climb out unaided without a ladder or steps. The qualification is valid for two years from the date of achievement. It is recommended that the learner attends regular refresher training.
Duration
6 days Monday – Friday (08:00-17:00) and Saturday (assessment day) starting at 07:00
