Firstly, we would like to thank you for your patience and understanding while we changed over to a new system. We know it hasn't gone as smoothly as we had hoped and we've had some bumps in the road!
We are finally pleased to announce you are now able to book activities such as Badminton, Squash and Cricket. Please log into your account and go to the 'Make a Booking' section and then 'Book an activity'. You are able to book for these activities 7 days in advance (for members or 1 days in advance for non-members)
A reminder that you don't need to book to use our swimming pool or gym at the moment.

We can only apologise for the disruption to the normal service you have come to expect from us. Our online booking facility for activities is causing unexpected issues for our technical team and they are working around the clock to get this up and running. Like most things when you start unravelling one issue a few more pop up, however we are hopeful that we are well on the road to getting this sorted.
Sorry for the frustration this has caused you and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

The new system is finally here!
Thank you for your patience while we upgraded to our brand new booking system, phase one is now complete! You are now able to log in and check out the new look and features available to you.
To log in, please follow the link below and log in with the email address associated with your account. Select forgot password and follow the process.
What you can book for:
Feel free to book your future activities with us with your normal booking privileges. Currently, Badminton and Squash bookings are unavailable until further notice while we rectify a small hiccup. Also, you no longer need to book to visit the gym, just turn up. We will keep you updated when these become available. So for the moment, you are only able to book group exercise classes.
A new Help Centre is coming to you this week, to help you with any queries you may have. But in the meantime our new system is easy and user friendly for you to navigate around!

Sorry for the inconvenience of our booking system not going live at 12pm, we are just ironing out a few small issues before we release it to you. An email will go out to all our members when you are able to book. Don't worry, no one can currently book as of yet - so spaces on your favourite activities will still be available.
Although our main booking system is down, our Home Portal system that we use for swimming lessons has been upgraded and is LIVE. You now have access to top-up, make moves and changes to your lessons once again.

We are excited to announce that after months of planning we have a new, improved booking system coming to you next week!
Over the years we’ve known that our booking system hasn’t been perfect but options to replace it within the leisure industry have been limited. We spent a long time looking for an improved, more user-friendly option and we are really pleased to let you know we will be switching to an all singing, all dancing new booking system!
Key dates you need to be aware of...
Wednesday 1 December to Sunday 5 December, 6:00pm
You need to make all bookings for any activities you want to attend up to and including Wednesday 8 December.
Sunday 5 December, 6:00pm
The current booking system is switched off and is unavailable for all users, including Sports Village staff. No bookings can be made after this time. This includes the home portal system for swimming lessons.
Wednesday 8 December, 12:00pm
Our new booking system will go live for you to use. You can then make any bookings for activities you wish to attend from Thursday 9 December onwards.
Remember to make your bookings for next week before Sunday 5 December at 6:00pm
To allow us to switch over to the new system we need to stop using the existing one at 6:00pm on Sunday 5 December. After this time you will be unable to book any new activities until midday on Wednesday 8 December.
If you are planning to visit the Sports Village for any bookable activity between 6:00pm on Sunday 5 December up until midday on Wednesday 8 December, it is essential you book these before the current booking system is switched off.
How does this affect you?
Please note you have until 6:00pm on Sunday 5 December to make your bookings. After this time neither you or Sports Village staff will be able to book activities as the current system will cease to function.
Remember, our facility will remain open as usual throughout this switchover period, so you can still come and visit us as normal!
If everything goes to plan with the switchover the new system will go live at midday on Wednesday 8 December. We will be in touch with you before this to let you know what else you need to do to prepare for this. As the system will be new to all of us, it might take us a little longer than usual to deal with enquires so we appreciate your patience over the next week or so.
To allow for this upgrade the booking system will be unavailable from Sunday 5 December | 6pm until Wednesday 8 December | 12pm.
Please book all your activities for this period before Sunday 5 December | 6pm.
This includes the Home Portal system for swimming lessons.
