I have always been passionate about health & Fitness which is why I studied Sport Science from secondary school to University level. I graduated from the University of Bedfordshire in 2017 with a BSc in Sport Science & Exercise Practice. Since graduating I have been helping my clients lose weight, body fat, increase lean muscle mass and improve their overall fitness & wellbeing. This is achieved by providing my clients with nutritional guidance through macronutrient tracking, personal heart rate training zones to ensure you get the most out of your cardio sessions & providing additional routines to complete outside of our one to one session’s. This is a scientific approach to your training, and I can guarantee that by following the guidance consistently you will see positive results. For individuals with smaller budgets, I do offer online coaching at a fraction of the cost of in person training sessions.
