Main duties and responsibilities:
Working as part of the customer service team from our front of house desk, you will keep up to date with business developments in order to give the most full and accurate information to our guests. Our Customer Advisors deal with face to face, telephone and electronic enquiries, so you will be a genuine people’s person and enjoy the satisfaction of helping others and solving problems. The position requires flexibility to work as part of the operational team, including early, late and weekend shifts as well as bank holidays.
Skill and experience required:
We are looking for a candidate who is personable, self-motivated and able to prioritise tasks effectively. You must be able to use your own initiative, be proactive, work well under pressure and be able to work as part of a busy and friendly team. It is desirable to have gained experience within a call centre or customer service environment and can demonstrate examples of applying excellent attention to detail.
Qualifications required:
We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of Math’s & English GCSE level grade c/4 and above, A-Level or equivalent industry specific qualifications in hospitality management is desirable. A high level of written and spoken English is required.
