Our monthly one hour Refresher First Aid Courses are aimed at anyone who has a completed a First Aid Course with us with a valid qualification. These short courses happen once per month and are the prefect top-up training tool to keep you refreshed, up-to-date and confident alongside your existing qualification. They will give you the chance to practice a range of essential first aid skills monthly as we cover a different subject area each month. 

Monthly training sessions cover topics like CPR and defib, managing shock, bleeding, burns, sprains, strains and much more. The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) recommends regular refreshers to maintain skills and ensure compliance with regulations.

Monthly refreshers will cover skills such as:

Sprains, Strains & Fractures Refresher
Brush up on key techniques and feel ready to handle common injuries with confidence.

CPR & Defibrillation Refresher
Revisit the life-saving skills of CPR and defibrillation - used together during a cardiac emergency, they can truly make the difference between life and death.

• The booking must be made in the name of the person who will be attending the course.
