This qualification enables a first-aider to give emergency first aid to someone who is injured or becomes ill while at work. The one-day course covers a range of CPR and first aid skills, providing you with the skills to ensure a safe working environment. The course is split into practical work and theoretical classroom work, including practical assessment on CPR and first aid. The award is valid for three years as of the date of assessment and candidates must be a minimum of 16 years of age at the time of taking the assessment. No prior first aid knowledge is required

It’s important to highlight that…

• The booking must be made in the name of the person who will be attending the course.
• If you need to change the attendee, please let us know at least 2 working days before the course. For example, if the course is on a Monday, we’d need to receive the change by 5pm on the Wednesday before. Please note, if the attendee’s name does not match the name on the register, we won’t be able to issue a certificate.
• If you or the attendee have any access requirements, just let us know during the booking process so we can make any arrangements needed to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience.
