Steve is a master’s-qualified, accredited Strength & Conditioning professional with experience lecturing in S&C and publishing research in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research. Steve has worked with a wide range of athletes - from fitness enthusiasts to Professional, Paralympic and Olympic competitors. Steve’s coaching blends strong scientific foundations with real-world, practical experience, allowing him to support people at every stage of performance, return-to-play, or rehabilitation, helping them achieve meaningful, lasting results.
Originally an athlete, Steve competed as a national-level junior rower before transitioning into coaching within the sport following a back injury. That experience sparked his passion for athlete development and ultimately led Steve into Strength & Conditioning and rehabilitation. Steve has a genuine love for sports, and spends his time lifting weights, surfing, swimming, running, cycling, or skiing.
