I’ve spent 15 years helping busy parents lose weight, get stronger, and stay consistent without spending hours in the gym or cutting out everything they enjoy. Most of my clients train 2-3x a week with a plan that's built around their work and family life. No extremes or guesswork – just a system that works for you.
