I’m passionate about fitness and get a real kick out of helping people achieve their goals, whether that’s losing weight, improving mental wellbeing, regaining fitness or recovering from illness. I don’t shout and I’m not a fitness freak, but I will work with you to gently push you out of your comfort zone in a way that feels supportive and motivating. I make every session fun, challenging but achievable, gradually increasing difficulty to help you get the best results. I especially enjoy working with people who find the gym intimidating and helping them feel comfortable, confident and at ease in their training. I often work with seniors so i have a greater understanding of adapting to any specific needs and training styles.
