We run over 60 group exercise classes, meaning that going to the gym doesn't have to be done alone. Whether its strength-based, dance, combat or mind and body, you'll find something that suits your needs. Our amazing program caters for all abilities, ages and fitness goals.

The Sports Village provides Group Exercise Classes on your doorstep – minutes from St Albans and Welwyn Garden City with ample parking.
