BUSY CAR PARK ! If you are visiting us this weekend, please be aware our car park will be busy as we host a swimming gala and other events.This means that our pool will be closed after swimming lessons on Saturday 20th June at 12.15pm and will reopen on Monday 22nd June at 6am. This unfortunately means that our swimming lessons on Sunday 21st June are also cancelled. Please allow plenty of time for your journey to us in order to find a car parking space ahead of your activity.
Dale Dorrian
Strength & Conditioning Coach | HTAP Lead MSc, BSc (Hons), ASCC
Dale brings a breadth of experience to Performance Herts, having worked in the UK and internationally supporting elite and developmental athletes. He leads on delivery of the highly successful Hertfordshire Talented Athlete Programme (HTAP). With significant experience in football, basketball, swimming and athletics among other sports, Dale has the skills and knowledge to guide our young athletes through their athletic development.
Dale also assists with delivery of university modules at the Institute of Sport, having taught on second year, third year and MSc modules. He also leads on the delivery of the internship programme at Performance Herts, educating and inspiring the next generation of coaches.
