Performance Herts offer a range of courses and workshops taught by UKSCA accredited coaches who train an array of athletes up to Olympic level.

These workshops and courses are taught in small groups by expert coaches in the field who work with athletes from; England Squash, England Golf, England Netball, Women’s FA, Arsenal Women’s FC, Saracens Mavericks, English Institute of Sport to name just a few.

Booking onto a course
Prior to booking onto a course, you will need to sign up for an account if you are not already a member with us. To do this, click onto the ‘Don’t have an account? Sign Up Now’ link and select the ‘Pay as you go’ option. Enter all required personal details. This will create a member account which will allow us to send you confirmation emails and details related to the course you are booking onto. Your email address and password will then allow you to book onto the course.
