Performance Training Camp 14-17yrs

This summer, join Performance Herts for a 4 week training camp that will make you fitter, faster and stronger!

Performance Herts delivers Strength and Conditioning to a variety of athletes and clubs, including Saracens Mavericks, England Squash, England Golf, Hertfordshire Hurricanes, Regional and National athletes in football, swimming, tennis, rugby, athletics and many more. You will be trained by professional coaches and will participate in both pitch and gym-based sessions across a 3 hour training day, twice a week throughout August.

The training camp will consist of two sessions a week over the month of August. These sessions will take place on Tuesdays and Fridays from 13:30 - 16:30.

The camps will include:

- Performance Testing 

- 1x Field based training session per day

- 1x Gym based training session per day

- Home training programme for remaining days through our TeamBuildr online programming app.

- Access to 8 athlete workshops:

  • Training in lockdown 
  • Nutrition 
  • UKAD (Anti Doping)
  • Sports Psychology x 2 
  • Social Media 
  • Tournament Prep 
  • Goal Setting

This camp is for athletes ages 14-17yrs old.

This package is usually worth £800, but we're offering it out for less than a third of that and you can save even more if you book 2 or 3 spaces on the camp at the same time.
